AFROPAC Secretariat: The Accountability Centre
On Tuesday 26th March, 2014, the Kenya National Assembly Speaker presided over a ceremony to officially commission and hand over the Accountability Centre- the unique secretariat housing the African Organisation of Public Accounts Committees (AFROPAC) alongside Accountability Kenya and the Eastern Africa Association of Public Accounts Committees (EAAPAC), both of which are also hosted by PAC. The ceremony was attended by the top leadership of AK, EAPAC, AFROPAC and PAC. This Secretariat, which also coordinates activities of the Public Accounts Committee, is on the 10th floor of Harambee Co-operative Plaza within the Parliament Square
